About us

Founded in 1991 in Helsinki, Finland, People Management responded to our clients' needs during the Baltic economies' shift to free markets in the early 1990s. In 1994, we expanded into Tallinn, followed by offices in Riga and Vilnius in the subsequent years, solidifying our commitment to the region.
